Ricky's Trip to Edenmore

On Wednesday I travelled to Edenmore Golf Club for an invite from TaylorMade to learn a bit more about the new M1 and M2 range of clubs. It was great to listen to the experts and learn how to 'fit' the product a bit better. It also coincided with the breaking news that Tiger Woods has signed with TaylorMade to play the new clubs. Below are a few pictures of the day and also the clubheads in sections.

I know I have been banging on about our new indoor Golf Studio, but rest assured I am still coaching plenty outside on our practice ground. As a coach to some serious players and fellow Professionals, I thought I would show you a photo of an Elite Tournament Professional after an 'off-season' of hard practice. Pictured is Alex Noren's hands after many practice sessions. This is what it takes to get into the top 10 in the world. So do you still think you are practicing enough?

 

Ladies Woolly Hat Results Week 12

First place - Joan Sinclair (23 points, BB9) and in second place - Elaine Morrow (23 points).

A reminder to all the ladies section that the Woolly Hat can be played any day of the week over the first 12 holes the entry fee is £2.

Winter League Week 13 Results

Low Section - First place - Glenn McCreery (38 points), second place - Ali Charles (37 points), third place - Richard Lucas (36 points) and in fourth place - Neil Warburton (35 points).
Mid Section - First place - Wilson Hamilton (36 points), second place - Peter Law (35 ponits), third place - Andy Lawson (34 points) and in fourth place - Ben McNaughten (34 points).
High Section - First place - Harry Beers (33 points), second place - Ian Noad (33 points), third place - Sam McLaughlin (33 points) and in fourth place - William Steele (33 points).

The twos club paid out £8.10 per two and all monies have been transferred to your pro shop accounts.
