Week Eight Winter League Results

Low Section - First place - Joe Montgomery (37 points), second place - Andy Jones (36 points), third place - Mark Green (35 points) and in fourth place - David McCluskey (35 points).
Mid Section - First place - Ivan Vallally (39 points), second place - Stephen Hughes (37 points), third place - Tom Wilson (36 points) and in fourth place - Peter Law (36 points).
High Section - First place - Colin Petrie (39 points), second place - Sam McLaughlin (36 points), third place - Paul Bryan (35 points) and in fourth place - Hugh Kirkwood (35 points).

The twos club paid out £10.60 each and all monies have transferred into your pro shop accounts. Congratulations to all the winners.

Week Seven Ladies Woolly Hat Results

First place - Aileen Wilson (23 points) and in second place - Alison Sinnamon (22 points).

Weekend Sweep

The Weekend Sweep was won with a brilliant (-7) gross score of 38 points by the ever consistent Michael Sinclair. Pat O'Connor took second with 36 points and considering he could barely walk on Saturday morning, that was an amazing result! Third place went to Stephen Jefferson with 35 points who beat Neil Adamson (also 35 points) into fourth on the better back six holes. The best gross went to Simon Miskelly with 63 (+1) and the twos club paid out £8 each. Congratulations to all the prize winners and all monies have been transferred to your pro shop accounts.

Junior Competition

Rory Bennett continued his fine run of form by winning the Junior Competition this week with 20 points over the nine holes with Jared Magee taking second with 18 points.

 

Fittings in the Swing Studio

Pictured is Jim Kilpatrick having a club fitting by myself on Tuesday night in our new Swing Studio. The information available along with the visual is amazing. Club Buggy Fleet

I spent Tuesday afternoon washing our buggy fleet inside and out (long overdue I may add). They look fantastic and for members to rent they are only £12. If you wish to reserve a buggy you can do so by calling the pro shop. The course conditions have allowed us constant use of the buggies this year. Any other information you may require about buggies or bookings give me a call.

 

Christmas Draw

My Pro Shop Christmas Draw is well underway. First prize is a custom built Scotty Cameron of your choice and a further nine prizes are on offer. You have until Boxing Day to enter with each square costing £2 or buy three squares for £5. Pop in and try your luck... As always if you didn't want or need the putter it may be exchanged for alternative goods.
