Night Golf at Knock...
Night golf came to Knock on Friday night and the Golf Expo lads who arrange and carry out these nights did a brilliant job. The course used looked brilliant when lit up and a big thank you must go to Gary Patterson for arranging the night. I played in a fourball myself and had a real laugh.

TaylorMade Fitting Day
On Monday I arranged for TaylorMade golf to come to our practice ground for another fitting day. The weather was brilliant and the members who took a fitting slot had a great time and learned a lot about their swing and what clubs suited them. Pictured is Gary Patterson receiving information about his club data from fitter Gareth Boyd.
Any member who would like to know anymore information about getting fitted for clubs be it irons, woods, wedges or putters, please click here to get in touch.
Greenkeepers' News
The Greenkeepers have been ultra busy with the winter greens maintenance. Below is a photo of them hollow-tinning the 9th green. If the weather stays kind the recovery time will be greatly reduced.
New arrivals...
For those of you who love and follow the Titlesit brand, I took delivery of my own 917 metals this week. These clubs are not launched until November so if you would like a sneak peak or to ask any questions about the new adjustable cylinder weights, pop in store and ask to see me. We also received a delivery of a limited edition FootJoy 'Rainy Day' pack. For just £20 you get a pair of FJ rain grip gloves (usually £12 each) AND a FJ rain towel in a box set. Great value for money! Pop in store and have a look.
Hardware Sale
Over the last week I have taken in some great second hand woods in trade-ins from a few members. I have a matching set of a PING G20 driver, 3 and 5-woods all in mint condition and at great prices. They all come with head covers and tools to change lofts and lie. I also have a driver and 3-wood of the Mizuno JPX EZ range. To give you an example of value, the Mizuno driver is selling for just £90. They literally look like new (pictured below).
